The Product Manager is responsible for working with customers, partners and multiple Elekta business lines worldwide to bring both long term and short term needs together to drive product planning and development. Multiple opportunities exist for highly organized, motivated professionals dedicated to making an impact in cancer care technology.
Lead product definition by gathering and analyzing user requirements from customers and partners and set the roadmap and vision for final product.
Engage external healthcare systems and care providers to understand and identify various clinical use cases that can help mitigate clinical pain-points and improve existing workflows.
Execute on product planning with engineering to convert identified use cases from ideas to final product.
Co-lead product launch with marketing to make sure that customer goals are met.
Post-launch, interact with operations to monitor and respond to customer feedback via continuous product improvement.
Work in a cross functional environment comprising all levels.

3-5 years experience in developing healthcare technology products.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatics or Management, M.B.A. preferred.
Basic understanding of Oncology informatics.
