EECU is looking for an Indirect Lead Service Representative who will be responsible for working closely with EECU's Indirect dealerships on recovering auxiliary cancelation products on EECU's Indirect charged off auto loans.  Also requires providing the applicable Indirect dealership a weekly status report to resolve any outstanding accounts and confirming that EECU's lien was properly recorded on all Indirect Auto Loans; averages 1,800 lien perfections each month.  Indirect Lead Service Representative will also be responsible for collecting and maintaining documentation from either GAP Administrator or Indirect dealership(s) reflecting our members have been reimbursed their eligible pro-rated refund.  Position is also responsible for checking-in and distributing daily received D&M Lease Agreements and Indirect contracts to the Indirect Funders.


Processing daily payoff checks from D&M Leasing, dealerships, and/or insurance companies- averaging 1,000+ transactions monthly.  If payoff checks provided by dealerships do not satisfy the loan in full, incumbent must work with the dealership in order resolve the issue.  Position will also provide backup assistance to the Indirect Funders.  Position is also responsible for having thorough knowledge of multiple software programs, Symitar, Meridian Link, TEMENOS, as well as TXDOT, eFunds and OFAC.   


The Indirect Lead Service Representative will assume the responsibilities of the Indirect Lending Supervisor – Leasing & Servicing in their absence.  


Responsible for compliance of all Federal and State rules and regulations pertaining but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Reg B, Reg Z, Service Members Civil Relief, FCRA/FACTA, Bank Bribery Act and NCUA Privacy Regulations. Required to attend initial and ongoing annual Bank Secrecy Act training.

 

Candidates for EECU should possess the following knowledge and experience:

  • Three to five years indirect lending services experience
  • Five years experience in financial institutions
  • Experience in leading and working in a team environment 
  • Must have analytical skills and be computer proficient
  • Must possess title experience, knowledge of auxiliary products and drafting process
  • Strong decision-making ability, good judgment and meet deadlines
  • Extremely detailed, able to handle a fast paced atmosphere
  • Able to effectively communicate to the dealers in order to obtain completed loan packets in a timely manner for funding
  • Ability to deal with members and/or dealerships in difficult situations
  • Must be able to reconcile general ledger accounts in a timely manner with accuracy
