EECU is seeking a Universal Floater to join our team. An independent, self-driven professional who thrives in a variety of environments and values delivering exceptional service to our members. In this role, you'll have the flexibility to travel between multiple Financial Centers, offering personalized financial solutions and supporting operations as needed. This position will support the North Region with occasional support to all financial centers.

Who You Are: 

You are an adaptable, service-driven individual with a strong sense of professionalism. You take pride in building relationships, solving problems, and providing the highest level of service to members, whether you're helping them open an account or stepping in as a teller. You are confident in your ability to manage tasks independently and make sound decisions while maintaining the integrity of the institution. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Build Member Relationships: Deliver personalized financial solutions to both new and existing members, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Travel with Purpose: Support multiple Financial Centers, with mileage covered for travel.
  • Flexibility in Roles: Step into various positions (teller, personal banker) as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide Solutions: Handle member inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
  • Support Growth: Contribute to marketing initiatives, engage in proactive sales, and build lasting rapport with members.

What You'll Need: 

  • Monday–Friday, 7:15 am–6:15 pm, with rotating Saturdays, 8:45 am–1:15 pm.
  • Proven experience in a financial institution (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong sales skills with a focus on cross-selling and referrals.
  • Ability to work independently while delivering consistent, high-quality service.
  • Proficiency in systems such as Symitar and Chexsystems (preferred).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

Required to attend initial and ongoing annual Bank Secrecy Act training.
