We are looking for an experienced OB/GYN practitioner with excellent interpersonal skills.

East Cascade Women's Group is a physician owned single specialty practice established in 1980. Our 9 OB/GYN physicians manage and deliver an average of about 100 obstetrical cases per month. Our group is committed to providing the highest quality care to our obstetrical patients. As we grow to meet the needs of our community, we are looking for new team members who are passionate and share our dedication to the women we serve.
Responsibilities:- Provide obstetric and gynecologic care to patients in the hospital and clinic setting.
- Perform deliveries, surgeries, and other medical procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in on-call duties as required.
- Stay up-to-date with current medical practices and guidelines.
- Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families to address any concerns or questions.
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Strong clinical skills in obstetrics and gynecology
- Experience in managing high-risk pregnancies and gynecologic conditions
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience working as an OBGYN
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
- Willingness to participate in continuous education and professional development opportunities
