FCX Performance is an Applied Industrial Technologies Company and a leading process flow control company. As a Warehouse Manager with Eads-an FCX Performance subsidiary you will oversee our warehouse/shop in the Gonzales location.

Responsibilities:
- Individual will manage the warehouse and shop/shop production along with shipping/receiving.
- Responsible for scheduling shop assemblies
- Collaborate with ISR's to resolve BOM issues, making sure orders are shipped promptly without issues,
- Work in conjunction with purchasing/ISR's/Ops leader to resolve receiving issues, inventory issues
- Identify and analyze process improvement opportunities and implement changes.
- Interfaces with customers to make sure expectations are being met.
- Performance Management – Develop goals and tools to measure individual and team performance. Provide formal & informal feedback and coaching to assigned team members to maximize performance.
- Resolve customer issues. Identify common issues and design processes for improvements.
Essential Mental Functions:
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to coach, counsel and develop employees.
- Ability to relate to all levels of employees within the organization, as well as customers, vendors and suppliers.
Preferred Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree/Equivalent experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
- Experience in a Warehouse Managerial role.
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse systems!
