What's Under the Hood

DriveTime Family of Brands includes in-house financing and servicing through Bridgecrest, which is one of the country's leading financial servicing providers. Bridgecrest services roughly $17 billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties. We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the intent of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for our customers.

That's Nice, But What's the Job?

In short, as a Long-term Forecasting Analyst, you will be responsible for applying defined best practices and procedures to design, implement, build, test, document, and support the configuration of our tools and integrated systems to support business strategies and objectives.

In long, our Long-term Analysts are responsible for

  • Provide enhancement and ongoing support for current forecast model and communications to operations teams 

  • Develop reporting tools to track efficiency and customer experience with contact center systems. 

  • Coordinate with Analytics & financial planning teams to meet strategic and business goals 

  • Maintain a Long-term forecast model for various departments/teams 

  • Assist with implementation of new systems as needed to support evolving processes and critically evaluate our use of systems with a view to improving global efficiency. 

  • Conduct internal system tests, measuring the systems ability to quickly and accurately manage different scenarios of varying complexity 

  • Report and present data to leadership on analysis performance and future predications  

  • Facilitate and conduct large meeting with operations to review forecast results and present future staffing requirements 

  • Be able to analyze monthly/yearly performance and make system adjustments for future headcount planning

So What Kind of Folks Are We Looking for?  

Killer analytical and reporting abilities.  You'll need the capability to analyze data and in return, prepare timely reports on your findings. 

Organization and time management skills in spades.  You'll be handling multiple projects and deadlines that will require you to prioritize then re-prioritize… then… re-prioritize again. 

Agile in a fast-paced environment. We move, and we move quickly.  Thriving in an environment that never stops, is a must. 

Strategic thinker.  We are looking for an individual that takes an insightful, future oriented, open-minded and proactive approach to thinking.  

The Specifics. 

  • SQL/Snowflake proficient  

  • Sigma Visuals

  • Experience with Python software 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications. 

  • Ability to utilize Excel to track and maintain forecast models 

  • 1+ years' experience forecasting  

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 

Nice to Haves. 

  • Experience forecasting and scheduling in a Contact Center environment 

  • Experience with Tableau

  • Experience with Real-time Adherence 

  • Experience working on Workforce management platforms i.e. Genesys, Aspect, CISCO
