General Summary:
This role is the point person for technical support, process improvement, and pipeline reporting. Serves as a systems and application Administrator, while supporting new and base business initiatives. Develops tools, reports, and implementation strategies for process improvement and testing initiatives as required to improve efficiency for all functions tied to Store Growth and Development.
Job Details:Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serve as systems and application Administrator to include leveraging and maximizing system functionality to improve business processes across all DG functions tied to Store Growth and Development; Provide support for other departments including training, needs identification and output design, base business forms and reports, and process improvement.
- Improvement of Base Business Process, including defining execution steps and designing automated work flows for Store Growth and Development team that are critical to effectively executing all Real Estate projects; Leader in using technology for Store Growth and Development departmental process improvement through automation of repetitive and manual tasks, and creation of new work tools to improve efficiency; Design tools and reports within various application environments.
- Provide analytical support through effective reporting of pipeline metrics, recurring updates, and key performance indicators; Create, improve, and maintain all associated reports specific to Store Growth and Development.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):
- Strong interpersonal/team skills and ability to effectively communicate, coordinate and work with a diverse set of project stakeholders and provide excellent customer service
- Working knowledge and experience writing basic programs in VBA, C#, Python, or HTML.
- Experience working with various Business Intelligence platforms (i.e. Power BI / Tableau / Smartsheet)
- Ability to arrive at sound decisions in a timely manner while remaining knowledgeable of how decisions impact other project stakeholders
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency and minimal supervision
- Proficient in organization, time, and project management with ability to manage multiple priorities and provide timely and accurate project status reporting
- Ability to consistently innovate through creative problem solving
- Detailed knowledge of the Real Estate industry
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software; experience in database applications beneficial
Work Experience &/or Education:
- Bachelor Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-4 years experience in Real Estate, construction, or retail process improvement is required.
