Job Details:

DUTIES and ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: May work remotely 100% from a home office location anywhere in the U.S. Serve as the voice of the customer to guide development teams in building software capabilities with the highest business and customer impact. Represent business needs and priorities, prioritize and manage the product backlog, and incorporate feedback from business stakeholders to guide continuous product improvement. Accountable for the delivery of business outcomes for one or more products of medium to high complexity.  Servant-Leader for multiple cross functional teams of indirect reports with a portfolio of multiple products. Accept high-level objectives from CRMs and work with stakeholders to convert business needs into product requirements. Facilitate workshops and manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties. Lead engineers and stakeholders to agree on Minimal viable product/feature definitions. Serve as the voice of the customer and accountable for delivery of business outcomes through technology products. Develop business cases and agile stories while prioritizing the highest impact work for the team and stakeholders. Divide work into segments that can be completed and tested within one sprint. Develop and communicate product vision, strategy and related roadmap for the product. Lead sprint review meetings and analyze feedback to identify and understand product needs. Act as an ambassador for the product and primary technical contact for the engineering team. Set expectations with business stakeholders for delivery of new capabilities, features, and functionalities. Responsible for Release Planning and overall delivery and speed to market. Understand how features are performing, the level of customer satisfaction, and provide suggestions for improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Electronics Engineering, or related Engineering field;
  • 4 years of experience in IT and retail technology;
  • 3 years of experience in diverse roles such as Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, or IT Consultant and working in or with lean and agile software delivery teams; and
  • Experience with product management, design thinking, and Symphony Gold application within the order management and assortment modules.
  • May work remotely 100% from a home office location anywhere in the U.S. Travel to Goodlettsville, Tennessee is not required.
