The HR Data Specialist is responsible for managing and auditing employee data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role involves processing employee information, conducting regular audits, and collaborating with various departments to maintain data integrity.

Job Details:
  • Data Management: Process and maintain employee records, including personal information, employment history, and payroll data.
  • Auditing: Conduct regular audits of employee data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Collaboration and training:Work closely with HR, payroll, and IT departments to resolve data issues and improve data management processes. Provide training and support to HR staff on data processing and audit procedures.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data processing and audit activities.
  • Compliance: Ensure all employee data processing activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy standards.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data management software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field OR minimum of 3 years of experience in data processing, auditing, or a related role.
