Discovery Senior Living is looking for an Office Administrator to join our home office team in Bonita Springs, FL.

The Office Administrator will act as the point of contact for all corporate team members, providing administrative support and managing their inquiries. Liaises with corporate functions to carry out administrative tasks/requests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  • Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
  • Manages corporate office phone line and provides new team members with extensions.
  • Performs or facilitates maintenance of office equipment including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Orders and stocks office supplies
  • Orders refreshments and stocks break room.
  • Mail responsibilities (receive, distribute, and send mail)
  • Books transportation and accommodations as needed.
  • Assists with organization of company events.
  • Orders catering for meetings, trainings, and events.
  • Prints training materials, creates name badges, issues door badges.
  • Implements and maintains procedures/office administrative systems.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma
  • 3+ years' administrative experience.
  • 2+ years' experience with SAP Concur solutions program.
