The WJB Dorn Columbia VAMC needs a Chief Medical Officer at their Orangeburg, SC Community Based Clinic. The incumbent is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Greenville, SC CBOC and must possess a broad spectrum of clinical and administrative knowledge which provides the ability to manage a large Primary Care program, specifically regarding Veteran and staff customer satisfaction, quality of clinical services provided, and efficiency of service delivery. BC in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine preferred.

This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program up to $200k.
Pay: Up to $320k p/year, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases
Paid Time Off: 50–55 days of paid time off per year (26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid Federal holidays per year and possible 5 day paid absence for CME)
Retirement: Traditional federal pension (5 years vesting, VA contributes 16.6% to pension ) and federal 401K with up to 5% in contributions by VA

Licensure: 1 full and unrestricted license from any US State or territory
CME: up to $1000 p/year
