We want everyone who works at CVS Health to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make health care more personal, convenient and affordable. *Position Summary* Supports the business by taking appropriate actions, strategies and/or alternatives to meet business needs typically tied to a key Aetna Medicaid practice (project management, business process management, implementation, etc.).  Typically manages multiple regions and their work streams and/or most complex projects through to implementation.  Sets strategic direction for team and/or complex projects and or programs (e.g., national in scope which may impact one or all segments, and typically runs multiple years in duration with high financial implications). Has full accountability for all aspects of projects and or programs such as financial, regulatory, marketing, etc. * Supports Provider Engagement processes across the Medicaid enterprise with a regional focus. Deploy the Medicaid National Provider Engagement strategy through the Local Market Network Engagement Provider Representatives within their respective Leadership * Assist and develop Network Action Plans to ensure Network Compliance with any and/all State Network Compliance requirements * Collaborate with RFP manager and Implementation manager to ensure cohesive delivery of PE strategy * Provides weekly reporting to Executive and Lead Director regarding regional activities, needs, gaps as well as milestones * In accordance with State regulations and established Aetna/CVS policies and procedures, develop tools, educational materials and collateral for assigned Aetna Medicaid region. * Works with L&P to create and when applicable train local market staff on new initiatives, collateral development * Monitor use of collateral and provide governance to assigned region * Act as a resource when additional information is required, as well as keep collateral up to date * Provide reporting to Director of PE Management to ensure adherence to National PE Program * Create a crosswalk of network-related programs, innovations, and other items aligned to state needs, pain-points and goals.  Help to lead established workgroups to provide resolution to current opportunities for Provider Engagement * Assist in the creation and maintain a reporting suite to monitor PE experience and identify gaps * Access local market needs and make recommendations CRM training, reporting.  * Temporarily cover any gaps in leadership, as necessary. Lead local team until permanent replacement can be installed. * Travel as needed- *25% –1-2 times/month, based on business needs.* *Required Qualifications* * 3 - 5 years previous provider relations experience * Extensive knowledge of Medicaid * Extensive experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * Proven track record of meeting project dates * Knowledge of CRM tools *Preferred Qualifications* * Provider experience leadership rol * Knowledge of CRM tools *Education* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $67,900.00 - $174,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
