We want everyone who works at CVS Health to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make health care more personal, convenient and affordable. *Position Summary* CVS Health is seeking an experienced professional individual to lead and engineer efficient test solutions of highest quality at lowest possible cost using modern technology practices.The Sr. Manager Quality Assurance, Engineer will be the Technical Subject Matter Expert on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) application. The Sr. Manager Engineer will play a critical role by leading, guiding and setting vision for the Retail Quality Engineering team in continually executing its quality strategy and ensuring the development and release of the highest quality software.                                                                                                                        The Sr Manager, Quality Assurance Engineer will actively participate in leadership meetings, project discussions and contribute to strategic planning and execution of all QA automation strategies and/ or business requirement modeling architecture for both agile and non-agile projects. This position is responsible for leading the engineering team and determining the proper use of technology and resources. This position will lead the team in technical evaluations and automation designs of WMS, This position will also mentor and guide team members and drive test efficiencies . *Required Qualifications* • Deep understanding of supply chain execution business, Hands on Experience with WM Active and its implementation. • Knowledge of Automation tools (UiPath, Agile Requirements Designer, Postman) • Define and maintain automation strategies, standards, templates, processes, and procedures used by teams within the QA CoE applying automation • Ensure adoption and adherence to tool standards, templates, processes, and procedures across teams within the QA CoE • Accountable for test automation budget and milestone  • Define, develop, and maintain automation tooling to support the framework including investment roadmaps for all tools.  • Review automation solution design documents and frameworks •  Set team direction, resolve problems and provide guidance to team members ensuring they meet the established automation metrics and goals • Review/author standards for design, coding and deployment of Automation deliverables *Preferred Qualifications* WM Active Experience, Hands on Experience • Seven years experience working with test management tools (HP ALM Quality Center, IBM Rational Robot, Test Manager or similar test tools • Experience conducting POCs to validate automation solutions with various tools • Experience working as technical or solution architect • Solid experience working with Agile Requirement Designer (ARD) as modeling architect for business requirements modeling and building test automation • Proficient in analyzing complex systems (applications/data structures) and their associated relationships *Education *Bachelors Degree in Engineering *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $118,450.00 - $236,900.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
