Consults on a variety of control assurance activities to identify and assess risk and provide direction on possible mitigation techniques. Manages, develops, and executes procedures to test and monitor security controls. Identifies and implements best in industry automation, reporting and processes while adhering to corporate policies, regulations and industry frameworks. Actively manages large scale programs, splitting large tasks into logical, manageable activities and overseeing coordination among other teams. Manages a team that partners and challenges various control owner groups in the closure process of findings, while communicating openly with management and the internal stakeholders. Partners with IT and business colleagues to keep them informed on potential findings, escalate problems/delays accordingly, educate on risk and provide actionable metrics that measure the effectiveness of the controls for proactive management. *Required Qualifications* * 7+ years of information security or related technical/data risk experience * 3-5 years of Control Testing * 3 years of experience in Control Test of Design (TOD) and/or Control Effectiveness (OE) Testing * 3 years of experience in designing Control Test Scripts with Summary statements *Preferred Qualifications* * Deep understanding of security controls and evidence required in testing * Experience in Process Map design and interpretation * Effective use of reporting dashboards, GRC tools, and presentation tools (PowerBI, Archer, ProcessUnity, Excel, Powerpoint, etc) * Understanding of Information security policies and procedures * Managing work efforts with both internal and external partners in a highly collaborative environment * Take initiative and experience in operating under minimum oversight * Demonstrated critical thinking and knowledge of risk management processes, tools, and technique * Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills * Strong communication skills *Education* * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (High School Diploma and 4 years relevant experience) *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $118,450.00 - $236,900.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
