We want everyone who works at CVS Health to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make health care more personal, convenient and affordable. *Position Summary* This position will provide support and training for all of the Medicaid Operations and Support Team; from training of intake of provider inquiries, administrative review to full provider data updates and claims processing. Collaborate with leadership to ensure the successful development and transfer of learning from the training exercises/sessions back to the live work tasks. Oversees the learning environment for long-term and complex training situations, managing all aspects of student performance and feedback to management. * Conduct virtual & live classroom training for select programs as needed * Manages trainees through the training program to ensure completion within the expected timeline * Monitor and conduct key assessments during the training process, reviews results with leadership and provides mitigation plans when necessary * Schedule new hires within the training program's structure * Establish regular communication touchpoints with leaders to provide update on trainee progress and propose mitigation plans when necessary * Escalates all training concerns weekly to direct leader for follow-up * Partner with subject matter experts to gather content, ensure accuracy, and enhance the relevancy of the instructional materials, including maintaining and creating new documentation for policies, procedures and job aids. * Maintain and organize instructional materials, ensure they are up-to-date and easily accessible. *Required Qualifications* 2+ years in MPOS or extensive knowledge of Provider Data 5+ years QNXT experience 2+ years training experience Strong Communication skills Presentation ability Advanced Power point and word user *Preferred Qualifications* 1+ year of workflow design 1+  year of process documentation *Education* High School Diploma or GED College Graduate Preferred *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $43,700.00 - $102,000.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
