Job Description
CVS Health, a Fortune Five company located in Monroeville, PA is hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Outbound Team! The responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative - Outbound are to communicate with healthcare professionals to obtain patient prescription information, with patients to determine and coordinate individual prescription needs and with team members to resolve issues relating to patient orders. Also, partnering with pharmacists to make outbound calls to healthcare professionals to obtain clarification on prescription orders as well as calling CVS retail locations for prescription transfers.

Required Qualifications
- One year of Customer Service experience
- Six months of high volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft or another application

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior Healthcare experience with benefits, insurance, prescriptions
- Telephonic customer service experience

Education
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required
