Knowledge sharing is essential on this team. * Assists the team with technical direction for the design, testing, implementation, and maintenance of vendor applications and in-house solutions. * Writes and executes disaster recovery plans. * Logs findings, remediation plans, and exceptions. * Assists the business and technical team in identification and resolution of production issues. * Identifies opportunities for process improvement and/or automation. * Provides estimates for project and small enhancement efforts. * Interfaces daily with cross-functional team members and across the enterprise to resolve issues. * Coordinate end user testing efforts. * Analyzes enterprise infrastructure initiatives and determines impact on application portfolio. * Evaluates compliance, security, and legal impacts to application portfolio, including raising issues to leadership, when necessary. * Creates and maintains technical documentation relevant to the application portfolio. * Implements production enhancements and upgrades off-hours so as to not impact business processing. * Writes test plans and documents test results and defects, as needed. * Proactively and consistently provides updates on progress and status updates. * Competent to work with minimal supervision in a technical capacity on most phases of the development cycle. * Develops code for various applications. *Required Qualifications* * 5+ years of IT application development experience. * Understanding of legal and compliance business areas. * Strong development skills in the area of C# and Visual Basic. * Strong interpersonal, teamwork, organizational and workload planning skills. * Experience in configuration management and software release principles as well as change management concepts. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills. * Ability to communicate clearly with internal business customers and vendors, including the ability to simplify technical information to non-technical audiences. * Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. * Experience in assisting teams of small to large sized projects relating to the delivery of applications or application changes. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. *Preferred Qualifications* * Willingness to learn new technologies as the need arises. *Education* Associate Degree or HS Diploma with equivalent experience. *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $92,700.00 - $185,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
