The team leverages strategic, personalized incentivization and tailored customer growth strategies to drive customer loyalty and inspire shopping.  We currently have an important opportunity for a *Manager of **Test and Learn Strategy, FS Offer **Team.  **The **Manager of Test and Learn Strategy, FS Offer Team *will demonstrate intrinsic curiosity about the CVS coupon experience and be a subject matter expert when it comes to understanding both the coupon marketplace and the customer dynamics driving couponing. This expertise will enable structured thinking and problem-solving related to all aspects of customer behavior including hypothesis development, root cause analysis and opportunity identification. You will touch and work with many teams, including Analytics & Behavioral Change, Retail Analytics, Loyalty Programs, Pricing & Promo, Consumer Insights and Retail Marketing.* Manager of Test and Learn Strategy, FS Offer Team *will report to the *Director* *of Front Store Offer Strategy.* Responsibilities Include: * *Lead our experimentation prioritization: *using our experimentation platform, develop and run experiments, uncovering key customer behaviors, presenting findings, and making scale recommendations. * *Manage and review our weekly offer assignments: *collaborate with our data science partners to identify and deliver our weekly coupons across our delivery channels. Your Typical Day Here Could Include: * *Finding a business opportunity and / or influencing strategy: *Identifying relevant and impactful questions about our customers. Framing and sizing opportunities to drive share of wallet.  Supporting the development of robust business cases to support and prioritize new concepts/opportunities. * *Designing an Experiment: *turning key data insights into actionable test plans, leading KPI development, running and monitoring different treatments to prove or disprove hypotheses. * *Driving Coupon Innovations: *collaborating with our partners on new and innovative offer initiatives to influence customer behavior and drive positive financial results. * *Presenting key insights on underlying customer behavior: *Presenting to leadership, often in partnership with tangential colleagues, on new insights into customer purchase and couponing behavior with quantitative and qualitative backing. *Required Qualifications* * 3+ years of experience in marketing, analytics, business management, healthcare technology or a related field * 3+ years of advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint) * The ability to communicate effectively and succinctly with a diverse range of stakeholders, both verbally and on paper, and with all levels of an organization * The ability to foster effective working relationships with and persuade diverse business leaders based on fact and reason, with an emphasis on achieve tangible and meaningful long-term results. *Preferred Qualifications* The successful candidate will be an out-of-the-box thinker who is intellectually curious with a demonstrated interest in learning. This person will need to be a self-motivated and self-directed leader, taking business questions or problems and independently structuring experiments.  This person must be able to easily function in a fast paced, performance-driven environment. He/she/they must be accustomed to working on multiple tasks in parallel. This professional must demonstrate strong leadership skills, and the ability to gain credibility with team members and senior management. The successful candidate will have the ability to identify and define business problems and issues and independently develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to conduct analysis.  He/she/they will have a proven capability to conduct quantitative portfolio and growth analysis and a passion for Retail. This candidate will communicate effectively and succinctly, verbally and on paper, and with all levels of an organization. This candidate will have a proven track record of engaging, influencing and aligning teams.  Additionally: * Retail / CPG experience and / or experience with large customer data sets * Outstanding strategic thinking and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to frame and evaluate business questions and hypotheses and synthesize facts and insights into concrete, actionable insights. * Ability to manage cross-functional efforts to identify new white-space opportunities for further corporate investment. * Experience leading strategy development with the leadership teams to identify new business opportunities and enhance the profitability of existing ventures. * A passion for a data driven understanding of customer behavior and uncovering opportunities for action.  Knowledge of analytical approaches as well as clear demonstrated customer analytics and growth opportunity identification is critical. * Proven ability to work across multiple simultaneous projects and deliver impactful and mistake-free work product.  * Excellent communicator, both verbal and written, with the ability to set and frame a vision for executive alignment.  Keen ability to distill complex ideas into simpler framework and illustrations.   * Comfortable on his/her feet making presentations. * Highly motivated and possessing vision, enthusiasm, and an entrepreneurial spirit. * 2+ Years of strategy consulting experience from a top tier firm preferred. *Education* Bachelor's degree required (preferred fields of study – STEM, Business, Marketing). MBA Candidates Preferred *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $63,300.00 - $139,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
