Job Description
This position will be responsible for managing and tracking annual and ongoing benefits implementation work for the Federal Plans in conjunction with the shared service partner teams and with the Medicare account team. This position will also be responsible to help coordinate resolution of data related issues between internal teams, plan sponsors and external vendor partners. Also, they will be responsible to coordinate and prioritize IT work and engage with IT partners in estimation, requirements development and deployment of the software. Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate submission and implementation of benefit issues identified on the Federal Fee for Service Plans
2. Manage new client implementation support with the assistance of the appropriate Aetna resources in Plan Sponsor Services & Service Operations
3. Assess projects for IT support needs and work with IT Partners on gathering estimates and requirements grooming
4. Manage annual benefit renewals for Federal Fee for service plans with the assistance of the appropriate Aetna resources in Plan Sponsor Services & Service Operations
5. Engage with partners in the Medicare organization as necessary to help bring issues and escalations to a resolution
6. Work with external vendor partners, Plan Sponsor Services and IT to troubleshoot issues relating to member data and help drive resolution

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 60,300
Maximum: 126,600

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
• Project Management - creating project plans, assigning tasks and tracking completion
• Proven track record in meeting project milestones and negotiating for resources
• Proven communication skills both written and verbal
• Acts as an advocate for change may require influencing others to see the value in project(s), including managing interpersonal sensitivities and articulating the strategic view to ensure project alignment

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of:
• Healthcare benefits implementation including benefits setup, review, plan testing & release
• Identify and define requirements gaps with end users and IT stakeholders

Skill In:
• Office apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Project planning tools

Ability To:
• Proactively lead project by setting direction of project, creating project plan, timeline identifying key milestones and additional resources needed on selected project(s)
• Track progress and communicate project status on a regular basis to all impacted parties
• Facilitate/present influencing various internal and external parties
• Allocate tasks and track to completion
• Solicits and evaluates internal and external feedback to enhance continuous quality improvement
• Have regular and predictable attendance

Bachelors degree preferred
