You will develop and implement talent strategies required to support successful recruiting and hiring for the technology and digital verticals within the Digital, Data, Analytics, and Technology (DDAT) organization. You will anticipate future organization and talent requirements of client(s) based on business, industry, and market conditions. You will play a vital role in the evolution of our approach and strategies for acquiring top talent across our DDAT organization. In this role you will be an integral member of the corporate functions Talent Acquisition team, focused on strategically critical roles. This team is responsible for strategic / niche search capability that prides itself on developing strong networks, referrals and engaging otherwise “unavailable” talent in roles that are critical to our business. The contributions you will make as a Director of Talent Acquisition will elevate the team around you and help find quality talent who wants to transform healthcare and help people on their path to better health. To be successful in this role you will: * Create deep and productive partnerships across all levels of business and human resources leadership. * Contribute to the overall people strategy for the clients you serve and be sought out as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition matters both internally and within the industry. * Position yourself as a trusted advisor by demonstrating expertise and providing valuable insights on TA matters. Be proactive in offering TA solutions that address the needs and objectives of the business. * Create an engaged and accountable culture among TA team. * Maintain a bias for action, execution, and results achievement in all hiring efforts, business-as-usual hiring and project based hiring. * Leverage enterprise analytics to share insights on recruiting outcomes and influence your business clients to be proactive, innovative, and effective in Talent acquisition strategies. * Provide direct oversight of Recruitment Process Outsource Partners (RPO) and performance outcomes. *** This role requires the ability to be onsite 3 days per week*** *Required Qualifications* * 10+ years of Human Resources experience * 8+ years of Talent Acquisition/Recruiting experience * 5+ years of people management experience * 5+ years of proven project management, reporting, and TA technology experience *Preferred Qualifications* * Experience recruiting and reporting in Workday * Talent Acquisition principles, philosophies, best practices, and interventions for large-scale organizations * Collaboration across organizational boundaries and hierarchy * 3+ years of managing recruitment efforts for large technology organization or business group * Proven track record of building and utilizing a data-driven approach to drive strategy *Education* * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $100,000.00 - $231,500.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
