We want everyone who works at CVS Health to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make health care more personal, convenient and affordable. *Position Summary* Provides leadership for the Regulatory & Internal Audit Management (RIAM) team, guiding colleagues in facilitating cybersecurity assessments across the enterprise.  Oversees regulatory compliance initiatives, internal audits processes, and including managing Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance efforts.  Responsible for supporting various regulatory requests, states exam, external inquiries, and consults teams to identify and assess compliance against regulatory requirements, ensuring adherence to applicable laws, rules, regulations, and industry standards.  Liaison with regulatory agencies and external stakeholders to address compliance-related inquiries and issues.  Actively manages large scale programs, simplifying complex and large-scale tasks into logical, manageable risk and compliance activities while overseeing coordination among other teams.  Identifies and implements reporting and processes while adhering to corporate policies, regulations, industry frameworks, and best practices. Provides expert advice and recommendations on compliance-related matters ensuring understanding and address any gaps and/or deficiencies.  Stays informed with in regulatory requirements and industry practices, and communicates/partners with IT and business colleagues keeping them informed with relevant updates and changes to stakeholders with application mitigation strategies and techniques for ongoing compliance.  Leads SOX Compliance Remediation Efforts to identify and address any systemic or material issues for key workstreams including asset inventory, configuration change management, logging and monitoring, periodic access reviews, and access provisioning.  Drives strategic direction of cybersecurity compliance program. *Required Qualifications* * 8+ years of regulatory compliance, internal audit, SOX compliance, and information security in a corporate environment * 3-5+ years of personnel management as well as vendor relations * 3+ years of experience with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Compliance * 3+ years of experience leading, facilitating, and managing regulatory compliance, internal audit, and external assessment programs. *Preferred Qualifications* Knowledge of: * Strong understanding of relevant regulations and frameworks aligning to NIST, ISO, HITRUST, HIPPA, PCI * Information Security policies and procedures * Experience identifying security risk within technology implementations. Skills in: * Demonstrated critical thinking and knowledge of risk management processes, tools, and techniques. * Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and assess risks effectively. * Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels. * Process developing, mapping, and familiar with controls. * Project consultation and advising * Effective uses of reporting dashboards, GRC tools (RSA Archer), and presentation tools (PowerBI, Archer, ProcessUnity, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Ability to: * Communicate and articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely. * Work independently, take initiatives, and collaborate across many teams. * Lead oversight for risk management supporting regulatory commitments and compliance requirements. * Provide timely feedback to staff related to their performance. * Foster a culture of career development and growth. *Education* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (High School Diploma and 4 years relevant experience) *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $144,200.00 - $288,400.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
