The Enterprise Marketing Technology Process Design and Optimization role is a key component to the Marketing Technology Business Operations function, who understands how workflow, assets, content, data, and digital channels (web, mobile, app, outbound comms) work together to create high performing and highly personalized, digital customer experiences. Reporting to the Executive Director of Marketing Technology Personalized Content & Business Operations, this individual will develop and drive the Process Design & Optimization/Operational Excellence Strategy for the Enterprise Marketing Technology organization to ensure successful adoption of technologies. This role will work with various departments across Enterprise Martech, Digital, and the Martech CoE as well as a number of partners across CVS Health, Aetna, and Caremark to impact and influence cross-function operational strategies; improve/design processes, develop change management/training/communication plans and best methods to ensure on-going process adherence. This individual will lead Process Design & Optimization support Strategic Roadmap; design, implement, improve, and monitor processes to gain/maintain efficiencies while reducing cost, reducing cycle times and improving cross-team goals and effectiveness. *CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: * * Work with digital, marketing and analytics leaders to gather and rationalize desired business outcomes, key use cases, and strategic technology stack requirements.  * Partner cross functionally within Enterprise Martech and with CVS Health Retail, Aetna, and Caremark Marketing Operations to identify Process optimization opportunities that drive operational excellence. * Partner with the Marketing and Digital organizations on process optimizations to enable and drive Marketing Technology Platform adoption by designing scalable solutions that support efficiencies and optimization strategies across business units. * Partner with Marketing Technology Business Operations to support and optimize Reporting initiatives, Operational Metrics, and Process KPIs to monitor performance, foster data-driven decision making and continuous improvement across the enterprise marketing organization. * Bridge operational efficiencies with quantified business impact using data; work with provide visibility to volume of work, resource capacity/utilization, quality, speed of delivery, and ROI for Marketing Campaigns; identify process opportunities. * Partner with Enterprise Martech Leaders and Enterprise Martech Business Operations on adoption enablement including training plans/curriculum to ensure new processes are implemented in an optimal fashion, supporting the organization through the various stages of change. * Impact and influence leaders on the importance of process development, and on-going adherence; operational excellence (people, process, technology, data & analytics) * Work in close conjunction with partnering Marketing Operations teams (Delivery Management, Resource Management) to understand process opportunities and work collaboratively on solution/implementation plans. * Lead in the development of a methodology and accompanying “playbook” to define, vet, train & implement new processes or existing process enhancements, utilizing lean & six sigma and agile frameworks. * Stay current on industry trends within Data, Content, Personalization, and Messaging to support Martech Product Leaders. *Required Qualifications: * * 8+ years of experience in developing, enhancing, optimizing, and automating business processes, ideally in the marketing space. * 5+ years of experience with Adobe Marketing Technology Stack including AEM, DAM, Workfront, Target, Tagging, and Analytics. * 3+ years of experience with messaging including Salesforce, Braze. * 5+ years of experience automating processes, personalization, marketing workflows, and workflow tools such as, Visio. * Several years of experience with change management, strategic thinker, and ability to prioritize and make quick decisions and delegate where appropriate. *Preferred Requirements:* Trained/Certified in Agile and Lean Six Sigma or other similar improvement methodologies. Experience working in a highly regulatory and compliance focus environment, HIPPA experience. Results driven with an ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced and metrics driven environment. Strong organizational, analytical, communication and operational skills. Impactful and persuasive communicator, both written and orally. Enhanced capability to impact and influence at all levels of the organization. *Education:* * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $144,200.00 - $288,400.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
