Exciting opportunity for a skilled Executive Assistant to support a C-Suite Executive at CVS Health, a Fortune 5 company. This position will support the Chief Customer Officer, a member of the executive leadership team, and manage all of the administrative needs which includes but is not limited to email responses, meeting attendance and minute preparation, preparing PowerPoint presentations, complex calendar scheduling, preparing Excel spreadsheets for tracking key deliverables and outcomes, coordination of expenses, project coordination and interfacing with other leaders and stakeholders at the company.
You will also interact with internal and external constituents by promoting our values and representing the culture of the company. You will often act as a point of contact for urgent business needs and assist to identify issues for escalations, communicating and ensuring that the leadership and executive team is well informed. This position is current Work from Home and will be on site at 161 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY once the COVID restrictions are lifted.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant supporting Senior Executives at a large matrixed organization
- 5 years of advanced experience working with Microsoft Office Products – Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Prior experience supporting a C suite Leader
- Prior Leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent work experience
