Hybrid schedule in Soho office for 3 days every other week. * *Position Summary* CVS has a multi-benefits Health Solution platform that allows consumers to utilize multiple health plan benefits with a consistent experience. The Over the Counter Health Solutions (OTCHS) Product Analytics team will leverage analytical capabilities in conjunction with a deep product lifecycle understanding to enable a holistic engagement strategy for direct to consumer touchpoints (e.g., email, direct mail, call center, digital) and increase product sales and adoption KPIs. The team will work closely with cross functional partners such as Marketing, IT, Digital, and Product to recommend product enhancements and designs, develop learning agendas, and execute E2E direct to consumer engagements. Specifically, the role will have: * Access to real life experiment design that could reach 14M+ members * Access to multiple cloud-based and on-prem data environments (e.g., Snowflake, Teradata, and Google Cloud Platform) * Ability to create data pipelines from scratch * Ability to create automated analytical solutions leveraging Python (e.g., Pandas, Sklearn, Scipy, Seaborn, Streamlit, etc.) The team has an embedding operating model where there is no delineation between Analytics or Product; we are 1 team! You will work with people with shared values: collaboration, growth, ownership, and care. An ownership mindset on our team has an emphasis on adaptability, the ability to take ambiguity and provide structure. A successful candidate will have extensive experience applying analytics to drive product development and/or growth, with the ability to quickly onboard to a complex project and stakeholder landscape. *What you will do* • Develops, validates and executes algorithms and predictive models to investigate problems, detect patterns and recommend solutions. • Explores, examines and interprets large volumes of data in various forms. • Performs analyses of structured and unstructured data to solve moderately complex business problems. utilizing advanced statistical techniques and mathematical analyses. • Develops data structures and pipelines to organize, collect and standardize data that helps generate insights and addresses reporting needs. • Uses data visualization techniques to effectively communicate analytical results and support business decisions. • Creates and evaluates the data needs of assigned projects and assures the integrity of the data. • Explores existing data and recommends additional sources of data for improvements. • Documents projects including business objectives, data gathering and processing, detailed set of results and analytical metrics. • Create presentations using storytelling best practices that includes deep insights and engagement with stakeholders • Solve ambiguous problems with a focus on outcome and impact • Extensive experience with SQL, Python, Spark & Cloud computing (AWS, GCP, MS Azure). *Required Qualifications* * Bachelor's degree and 2+ years work experience or Graduate degree and 1+ years of work experience * 1-2+ years of experience utilizing Python and SQL * Experience extracting actionable insights from the analysis and interpreting outcomes of complex models to present to business audiences including technical, non-technical, and senior leaders * Experience preparing data for analysis, working with data engineering team to create modeling dataset, assess completeness and quality of data, and perform feature engineering * Experience applying knowledge of advanced analytics tools and languages to analyze large data sets from multiple data sources *Preferred Qualifications* * Experience designing in real life experiments (AB testing) a plus * Demonstrates strong ability to communicate technical concepts and implications to business partners * Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with business partners, project team members, and senior management * Ability to anticipate and prevent problems and roadblocks before they occur * Demonstrates proficiency in most areas of mathematical analysis methods, machine learning, statistical analyses, experiment design, and predictive modeling and in-depth specialization in some areas *Education* * Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related discipline * Master's degree related discipline preferred *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $82,915.00 - $175,100.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
