Job Description
In this analyst role on the Process Innovation team, the hired team member will focus primarily on owning the non-development aspects of several products including researching enhancements, creating and utilizing documentation, and performing analysis on overall success and product utilization.
This position requires strong collaboration skills as it is necessary to work cross functionally with other internal and external teams, including but not limited to Pharmacy Account Management, Medical Account Management, Revenue Cycle Analytics, and Minute Clinic. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, diligent about their daily work, and hold themselves to a high standard of accountability.
Day to day activities include maintaining an active catalogue of all developed automations in their assignment area, development of supporting materials to provide to development team for enhancements or new projects, and execution of products as needed.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 40,560
Maximum: 81,100

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
1+ years of analytical, quantitative, and problem solving skills (course work and internships included)
1+ years of experience working with MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint (course work and internships included)
Exposure to automation either through robotic process automation or other automated processes
1+ years with process improvement/documentation
1+ years identifying process metrics to determine success/failure of implemented projects

Detail-oriented: Demonstrated ability to pay attention to all manner of details including

Structured & Logical Thinking: The ability to identify and define business problems and issues, and develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to conduct analysis and/or measure success.

Process oriented: The ability to comprehend and assess complex processes and workflows to identify vulnerabilities or areas for improvement that impact the professional practice of our store-level pharmacy teams

Passion for Health Care: An ongoing desire to make one of the world's strongest health care companies even stronger

Powerful Communication: The ability to communicate effectively and succinctly with a diverse range of constituents,
both verbally and on paper, and with all levels of an organization.

Initiative: Ability to think creatively and be a self-starter with limited guidance and coaching and to proactively develop and present potential solutions

Experience with Robotic Process Automation and/or managing multiple processes across multiple machines

Bachelor's degree required and/or equivalent work experience
