Description: We are seeking a compassionate and independent problem solver to join our collaborative behavioral health team as a psychologist. This essential role involves working with internal and external stakeholders to meet our patients' needs. Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Psychology.
• Ability to maintain Minnesota state psychologist licensure.
• Relevant certification for areas of specialty.
• Previous experience in an outpatient mental health setting preferred.
• Participation in professional organizations and membership preferred.

Specific Responsibilities & Skills:

• Establish and maintain a caseload of outpatient clients with various needs by providing diagnostic assessments, therapy services, and thorough documentation.
• Participate in CRMC employee health and community events to support the overall wellness of the community.
• Collaborate with the medical weight management and bariatric services team to support patients seeking these services.
• Provide support to patients receiving services through the Employee Assistance Program to maintain the health and well-being of our CRMC community.
• Demonstrate leadership by participating in program development within the department to best support the facility's needs.
• Perform other duties based on role as needs arise.

Site Description:

Crosby-Ironton, is a city of 3,000 residents, and is part of the Brainerd and Cuyuna Lakes Area in central Minnesota which has become a top 5 destination in the United States for mountain biking.  Crosby is just 15 miles from Brainerd, MN, and 2 hours from Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN. The Brainerd Regional Airport, which is serviced by Delta Airlines, is located 11 miles from Crosby.  We are within a 2 ½ -hour radius of Alexandria, Duluth and St. Cloud.
