A Day in the Life of an LPN / CMA - Crosby Super One Clinic
In this role, you will be instrumental in managing daily clinic operations under the supervision of the Clinic Director of Nursing, focusing on patient assessment, education, and preparation for physician consultations. Responsibilities include scheduling tests and procedures, ensuring thorough documentation, and serving as the main communication link among patients, physicians, and other health departments. You will also handle direct patient care, such as assisting with medical procedures, administering medications, and operating medical equipment. Challenges include working under stressful conditions and adapting resources effectively to meet varying patient needs. Collaboration with other nursing staff, reception, and scheduling teams is vital for maintaining efficient patient flow and clinic operations.

Qualifications
Education and Experience Required
- American Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days of hire
- Current LPN license from the State of Minnesota -OR- Graduate of a medical assistant program with CMA OR CCMA certification within one year of hire
- One year of clinical nursing experience
