Staff Pharmacist - Per Diem Arrowhead Regional Medical Center Colton, CA    As a per diem, nonexemptCPS Solutions, LLC Staff Pharmacist,you will fill orders with accuracy; check technician-prepared products before release; maintain security of pharmacy and controlled substances; enter orders and patient information with accuracy; aid in the training of new staff; update the Director about the daily activities of the pharmacy; and aid the Director in maintaining the pharmacy.   Schedule: This per diem, nonexempt position will provide coverage for staff PTO and as needed for a minimum of 4 hours/month and/or up to 19 hours/week on Day/Evening/Night shifts during the week, weekends and holidays in this 24/7 pharmacy.    Pay Range: $55-$65/hour based on experience.   About the Facility:  Arrowhead Regional Medical Center is a state-of-the-art 456-bed facility featuring the newest technology in the field of patient care. It is host to a 24-hour Emergency Department, Level II Trauma Center, three Family Health Centers, and the only Burn Center serving the San Bernardino, Riverside, Inyo and Mono counties. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.   About the Pharmacy: The Arrowhead inpatient pharmacy is centralized and open 24/7. The pharmacy utilizes Pyxis, EPIC, and FSI.   Required Qualifications: 

• A Pharmacy Degree (BS or PharmD) from an accredited school of pharmacy
• Successful completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency program strongly preferred
• Current State of California Pharmacist license in good standing
• Experience in an acute care hospital pharmacy
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, and respond to client concerns
• Demonstrated excellent customer service skills, verbal and written
• Proficiency in computer entry including experience using computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and pharmacy information systems 
• Demonstrated accuracy and timeliness in a work setting

Hospital Requirements (may be required):

• (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months
• (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity
• Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving 
• Hep B3 Series (or declination) 
• (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1st-April 30th  
• COVID Vaccine-Full
