Physical Therapist - Part Time
West Branch Ambulatory Care Center

As a part time, nonexempt CPS Solutions, LLC Physical Therapist for West Branch Ambulatory Care Center, you will be responsible for the evaluation, planning, and directing of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician to restore function and prevent disability following injury or disease. You will participate in operational aspects of the department, maintain performance improvement activities within the department and participate in CQI activities.
Schedule: This part time, nonexempt position will work 24 hours per week during weekdays.
Starting Pay: $40-$50/hour based on related work experience.
About the Facility: West Branch Ambulatory Care Center focuses on orthopedics, neurosurgery, and medical specialty services for adult and pediatric patients. Outpatients are helped to heal and improve their quality of life through a treatment plan of physical therapy, occupational therapy and/or speech and language pathology. The Care Center serves those in the counties of Ogemaw, Oscoda, Roscommon, Arenac and Iosco. CPS Solutions. LLC has partnered with West Branch Ambulatory Care Center to manage the day-to-day rehabilitation operations of this facility. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.
About the Ambulatory Center: The Center's operating hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm and utilizes Cerner software.
Required Qualifications:
- Masters' degree from an accredited college in Physical Therapy
- Current Michigan Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Current BCLS certification
- Preference will be given to those with Specialty Certifications
- 1+ years of experience in outpatient setting is preferred
Hospital Requirements (may be required):
- (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months
- (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity
- Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving immunity
- Hep B3 Series (or declination)
- (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1st-April 30th
- COVID Vaccine-Full
