Pharmacy Technician - Per Diem
Beckett Springs
West Chester, Ohio

As a per diem non-exempt CPS Solutions, LLC Pharmacy Technician, you will assist in various pharmacy activities under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Your responsibilities will include preparing, delivering, and restocking medications; performing order entry; procuring drugs; billing. You will carry out your job duties according to written procedures and guidelines based on pharmacy standards and regulatory requirements.

Schedule:  This position can work up to 19 hours per week and at least 4 hours per month. This position will provide coverage and schedule will vary. 

Starting Pay:  $20 - $25 per hour, (Depending on related work experience).

About the Facility: Beckett Springs is a behavioral health hospital located in the Cincinnati-area township of West Chester, Ohio, which provides inpatient and outpatient programming for those facing mental health and addiction challenges. Programs offer caring, compassionate treatment for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, as well as specialized programming for active-duty military, veterans, first responders, and other high-risk frontline professionals. Services include inpatient mental health and addiction treatment, partial hospitalization programs (PHP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and Help for Heroes®. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.

About the Pharmacy: The Pharmacy is open Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. 

Required Qualifications: 

  •          High School Diploma or GED
  •      Recent experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy
  •      Ohio Licensure/Registration/Certification requirements
  •      Proficient computer skills including experience using Microsoft Office
  •      Effective communications skills; verbal and written

Hospital Requirements: (may be required)

  • (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months
  • (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity
  • Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving
  • Hep B3 Series (or declination) 
  • (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1st-April 30th  
  • COVID Vaccine
