We are hiring a Sales Manager in Romeoville, IL ~ The primary focus of this position is to generate sustainable, profitable growth by providing technical support and leadership to the outside sales team and customers.
FCX Performance/Corrosion Fluid Products/an Applied Industrial Technologies company is the premier distributor of highly engineered products and lifecycle services to OEM customers across diverse industrial and process end markets.
As a Sales Manager, you will spend your time managing a team of sales reps in a local marketplace. You will be responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization; implementing and managing the sales forecasting.

Position Requirements:
- Strong leadership/management skill set; proven track record of leading and developing Sales teams; Business acumen and strategic approach.
- Technical/mechanical capacity/aptitude.
- Experience in flow control industry: working knowledge of instrumentation, valves and calibration services.
- Experience in outside sales/selling role within the industrial marketplace.
- Computer proficiency including MS office-P-21 a bonus.
Preferred Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, equivalent experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
