The Johns Hopkins All Children's Maternal/Fetal Neonatal Institute (MFNI), Division of Obstetrics and Gynecology, is seeking a board-certified/board eligible obstetrician/gynecologist interested in joining our 8 physician/1 midwife practice offering a full range of women's services to our St. Petersburg, Florida community. The Ob-Gyn clinical offices are located between downtown St. Petersburg and our award-winning beaches. A second office will be located at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital (JHACH) and will be integrated with the offices of the JHACH Maternal-Fetal Medicine physicians. Our new Ob-Gyn will be joining a dynamic, friendly group of clinicians who have served the area for over 20 years.
Primary duties include:
- Active participation in the clinical practice of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the JHACH Ob-Gyn Specialists group; 1:6 call.
- Development and participation in education programs.
- Teaching of Ob-Gyn residents. There is also an opportunity to actively participate in Ob-Gyn simulation training at the JHACH state-of-the-art Center for Medical Simulation and Innovative Education.
- Secondary duties will include participation in appropriate departmental committees and administrative matters.
- JHACH has a Patient Safety and Quality Council. An Ob-Gyn with an interest in quality/safety initiatives will have the opportunity to serve as the Ob-Gyn representative to that council.
- In addition to providing general obstetrics and gynecology to adult patients, our group also provides pediatric-adolescent gynecology care for patients under 18 years of age. A candidate who has an interest in caring for this patient population would complement our provider team.

We are the only US hospital outside the Baltimore/Washington, D.C. location that is part of the Johns Hopkins Medicine system.
