Northwest Health ? Porter has an opportunity for a nurse practitioner to join our busy outpatient wound care clinic in Valparaiso, IN. Ideal candidates would have at least 1 year of wound care experience and strong clinical background required - wound care certification preferred. Join us in providing care in our community!
Details of the position include:
- Full-time, Monday-Friday
- Evaluate and manage acute and chronic wounds using current therapeutics
- Collaborate with team of physicians specializing in wound care
- Hyperbaric oxygen therapy utilized
- High degree of autonomy provided
- Strong communication and follow through needed with nursing staff, physicians and families
