What You'll Do
- Conduct evaluations to assess communication skills, identifying areas for support
- Develop & implement individualized treatment plans for infants and toddlers with developmental or physical disabilities
- Collaborate with families to provide education, tools, and strategies for communication success & support the coaching model
- Design innovative communication approaches , including alternative diagnostic or assistive communication devices
What We're Looking For
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current PA SLP License & ASHA CCCs
- 1+ years of pediatric speech therapy experience
- Passion for serving culturally, linguistically, & economically diverse families. Reliable transportation for home visits in assigned regions
