ABA Behavior Technician
 Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring immediately for Part- Time ABA Behavior Technicians in Enfield, CT the surrounding areas.     For students pursuing degrees in Psychology, Sociology, Early Childhood Development, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Social Work, Counseling, and Mental Health, this opportunity could mark the beginning of a fulfilling and enduring career path.   Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour    Requirements 

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Part-time schedules starting from 3:00pm - flexibility for those juggling between school! 
  • Childcare experience required

Job Duties
  • Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with Autism, conducting sessions in various settings such as their homes, schools, or within the community.
  • Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence. In addition, ABA Behavior Technicians assist in addressing challenging behaviors.
  • Duties also include collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.
  • 6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, is essential to the role.
