Overview

CHI Health is seeking Acute Care Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join a consistently busy and rapidly expanding Hospital Medicine Service in Omaha, NE. As part of our team, you will work closely with our experienced Hospitalists to cover general medical admissions during the evening and overnight. This opportunity is suited for a self-motivated provider who thrives in a dynamic environment, interacting seamlessly with patients, nurses and physicians.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 Year of experience in similar role
  • Master's degree in Nurse Practitioner Studies or Physician Assistant from an accredited program
  • For APRN's - Acute Care certification is highly desired
  • Experienced providers must have worked in an inpatient setting
  • Certification by a nationally recognized certification organization
  • Ability to obtain licensure in Nebraska and Iowa
  • BLS

Responsibilities

    • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging.
    • Perform procedures as needed
    • Collaborate with specialists for further diagnostic evaluation.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.

Compensation Information:
Starting At $62.54 / Hourly
