Job Description:

The Real Estate Administrative Coordinator is responsible to provide support to the development and volume sales team. This will involve uploading development details in software tracking reports along with cost details.

Responsibilities

  • Uploading development details in software, cost details, past invoicing, and related files.
  • Moving items and checklist in Smart Sheets
  • Help review non-conventional closing packages for review and send for signatures along with wire instructions.
  • Setup of new vendors including obtaining documentation
  • Review 3rd party contracts deadlines and ensure updates are sent our to the team weekly
  • Input bills to be paid into software program.
  • Track down wires and funds coming in on sales.
  • Bill back factory service

  • Must have strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Good problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Must be team minded, self-motivated, flexible, detail oriented, and dependable.
  • Possess the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel and management.
