Description

Responsibilities:

• Apply for titles
• Issue checks to the Department of Motor Vehicles
• Communicate with Teams to obtain state specific documentation for assigned states
• Record state specific affixation documents
• Conduct research/make decisions regarding state specific real estate laws
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent penmanship required
• Strong data entry and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness
• Willingness to cross train in other positions
• Working knowledge of AS400, Global, Excel, and Web-based resources
• Prior experience working with a title company is a plus
• Willingness to submit to a background check and pre-employment drug screen
• High School diploma or equivalent
