Position Description: Retail Recruiting Coordinator
The purpose of the Recruiting Coordinator position is to support the Retail Recruiters in posting open requisitions on various job platforms and social media platforms. They will manage the flow of candidates thorough the recruitment process, from the pre-employment process to bringing new employees on board. The Recruiting Coordinator reports to the Retail Recruiting Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Post position openings onto targeted websites or other media
- Maintain and coordinate all career fair/open interview day swag materials
- Initiate all pre-employment process for each new hire – background check, request appropriate approvals and order drug screen
- Provide backup support for Recruiters as needed
- Communicate effectively with candidates, recruiters, talent managers and field managers at all stages in the recruiting process
- Complete onboarding process with all new hires
- Complete day one compliance requires with General Managers for their new hires
- Create flyers and other various recruiting material on Canva.
- Proficient in all systems: Workday, HireRight, Word, and Excel
- Assist in planning team events.

- Ability to pass criminal background check as well as post-offer drug screen
- Ability and willingness to travel when necessary (typically less than 10% of total job function)
- Typically requires 2+ years of experience and/or related degree
