What will you do?
- Lead Service Review and Improvement projects across various city departments and services
- Develop project plans, deliverables, and timelines collaboratively with stakeholders
- Identify and engage key stakeholders through comprehensive reviews
- Develop engagement plans
- Identify and resolve information gaps
- Design and collect insightful information using diverse methods (discussions, interviews, surveys, research)
- Analyze and interpret various data types (HR, risk, performance, financial) to understand root causes and develop and support recommendations
- Apply expertise in customer experience and service design
- Coordinate with other corporate service teams for data collection and analysis
- Challenge existing processes to align services with City's Corporate Drivers
- Develop feasible business cases and recommendations that improve customer experience while incorporating other priorities and constraints
- Calculate necessary human and financial resources for proposed outcomes
- Present recommendations to Executive Leadership Team (ELT) Committees in conjunction with the Manager
- Provide leadership and oversight to methods analysts within the project team
- Additional related duties as required
