As an Outdoor Program Leader, you'll be a skilled instructor and inspiring facilitator for a wide range of participants—from day camps and school field trips, to engaging community programs. You'll plan and lead dynamic outdoor experiences across a diverse range of activities, including:

Adventure Sports:

  • Teach cycling adventures, Paddle Canada–certified tandem canoeing, and engaging archery sessions.

Wilderness Skills:

  • Instruct shelter building, fire building, and practical outdoor survival skills through hands-on activities.

Navigation & Science:

  • Explore orienteering, GPS navigation, and environmental science through fun, interactive challenges.

Winter Expeditions:

  • Get outside with cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice biking, and kicksledding adventures.

Community Engagement:

  • Direct outdoor day camp adventures, fun and flexible drop-in programs, and exciting outreach opportunities.
