The Member Experiences Liaison is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and fostering a welcoming environment for all visitors. This role requires a proactive and engaging individual who is passionate about connecting with people and enhancing their experience at our facilities. You will be a key point of contact for patrons, offering assistance, answering questions, and providing information about our programs and services. In addition, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our patrons by being visible, approachable, and responsive to their needs.
What will you do:
- Conduct facility orientations and tours
- Support patrons with identifying programs to meet their goals
- Meet and interact with people and demonstrate an enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Engage patrons with information and benefits offered at the facility
- Provide information on current fitness and sport services
- Provide information on safe operation of equipment, sports rules, and amenity etiquette
- Assist facility operations with preparing spaces for programs and rental activities
- Monitor and maintain equipment inventory; and ensure equipment is in safe working conditions
- Respond to emergency situations as needed
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned
