Reporting to the Director of Business Integration, the Manager of Integrated Services contributes to the Parks and Roads Services Branch's vision by providing various services and supporting branch-wide strategy, priorities and initiatives.


What will you do?

  • Manage, lead and coach a team of specialists in the delivery of services and projects related to customer service, delivery of information and analysis,  and continuous process improvement and innovation.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor  staff performance objectives and management plans.
  • Build strong relationships across the Branch, Department and other areas of the City to ensure alignment and support an integrated business model.
  • Ensure that effective performance measurement is established, monitored, and that timely corrective actions are taken to ensure the efficient delivery of support and services.
  • Develop, implement and support continuous process improvement/innovation programs for the Branch, including projects and service reviews.
  • Support decision making with data analytics and analytical products such as dashboards.
  • Prepare insightful executive presentations which will be leveraged in order to ensure delivery of comprehensive and logical stories that reflect findings and possible solutions in a clear and meaningful way.
  • Present to the Branch leadership on outputs of analysis and deliverables of projects along with recommendations for efficient functioning of the Branch.
  • Coordinate with business partners throughout the lifecycle of branch assets, including acquisition, deployment, maintenance, utilization, replacement and disposal.
  • Collaborate with various business partners within the City to manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery and quality of assets.
