What will you do?

• Advise on and implement equity-related programs and initiatives

• Act as a subject matter expert on equity measures and intersectionality, including matters of gender, race, and age

• Collaborate with internal partners to advance the Art of Inclusion Framework Action Plan

• Provide consultation, advice, and coaching on strategic and operational equity and inclusion matters to all levels of staff, from frontline to senior leaders

• Support the development and ongoing governance of employee resource networks

• Contribute to workforce equity analysis, monitor data, and develop and review reports with disaggregated analysis and recommendations

• Develop and maintain relationships internally and externally to advance knowledge and position the City as a leader in equity and inclusion
