GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Under the direction of the Assistant Chief Administrative Officer and Urban Development Director, works with federal programs such as the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), Housing Opportunities for Persons with Aids (HOPWA) Grant, Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnership Program (HOME), and Supporting Housing Grant (SHP). Work also involves conducting community outreach activities. Employees of this class should be able to work with the weatherization program and assists with preparing environmental reviews. Performs other work as requested. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in public or business administration, or a related field and two years of professional level experience in federal grant management.

SUBSTITUTIONS
Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
