WEALTH ANALYST I WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? The Wealth Analyst is responsible for providing analytical support to the Wealth Advisory Team (WAT). Through research, analysis, and coordination of accurate data and documentation, this person creates in-depth sales proposals, generates investment analysis and financial planning materials and prepares portfolio reviews for Entertainment clients and prospects. The Wealth Analyst will participate in special projects, as assigned by the Wealth Advisors, that may be repetitive or one-time, which support the team, the division, CNB, and clients. What you will do
- Prepare in-depth sales proposals through the creation of: Detailed fixed income and equity analyses; Current asset allocation overviews; Cash flow and scenario analyses; Comparisons of current investment providers vs. appropriate benchmarks and CNR composites; Illustrations of proposed changes and subsequent added value. Remain up-to-date on current economic and market trends.
- Ensure team specific sales materials are continually updated to reflect current market conditions.
- Partner with Entertainment Banking Teams in business development, on boarding and ongoing servicing.
- Participate in profiling across the full spectrum of the needs of Entertainment Banking Teams and Business Manager Relationships to provide tailored advice in collaboration with client team. Utilize planning capabilities and develop solutions across investments including brokerage, trust and wealth transfer, credit, deposit, and all other appropriate services.
- Assume primary responsibility to work with CNR Administrative group on the front-end on-boarding of new investment management and trust accounts.
- Gather client account performance data using various reporting systems; check this data for accuracy.
- Generate properly formatted portfolio reviews to be checked by a Wealth Advisor for accuracy.
- Oversees the creation of new account paperwork ensuring correct client paperwork is compiled based on account type, investment strategy, and fee schedule charged, and well as any special circumstances for the client. May prepares initial drafts of Investment Policy Statements for new clients; reviews with Wealth Advisor.
Must-Have*
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the financial services industry
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Skills and Knowledge
- 1 to 3 years of client facing job experience, experience in investments or other financial services industries
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work independently with deadlines, as well as part of a team.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good understanding of Salesforce
- Aptitude to learn financial modeling software
- Presentation/proposal generation and organization experience
- 1 to 2 years to complete licensing: Series 7, 66
- Master financial modeling system
