SECONDARY MARKETING OPERATIONS SPECIALIST WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? Responsible for the daily collateral management, management and ad hoc reporting, margining, balance sheet reconciliations, and trade management within the Secondary Marketing infrastructure. Team player with ability to take direction from all levels of Bank management, as well as drive key initiatives and department strategy independently; to assist in tracking our internal/external KPIs/KRIs as set forth by the business/company. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Daily margining, collateral management and position reconciliations.
- Works closely with traders, and risk managers to centralize assumptions with respect to pricing, trading, and hedging considerations for alignment to Secondary's policies, processes and procedures.
- Communicates and helps to align all investor reporting and fulfillment requirements at the direction of the Secondary Marketing Manager and/or Traders.
- Primarily responsible for much of the ad hoc reporting requests within the Secondary Marketing channel.
- Involved in working with 2nd LOD partners for any all-communication needs, reporting, and strategy metrics.
- Establish financial metrics within the LOB and track performance thereof; communications with key partners in the Bank.
- Key person involved in the collateral performance and review for sales and purchases of residential mortgage loans.
- Back-up individuals within the LOB to perform necessary job functions and create procedures for variety of team members and Bank partners
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 5-10 years broad based residential mortgage origination, servicing, operations and underwriting competencies. Including but not limited to capital markets experience with investors/counterparties and business partners.
- Capital Markets, Secondary Marketing, Origination, Servicing, Product Guidelines and knowledge of secondary marketing investors/liquidity measures in a Loans Held for Sale/Investment multi best execution platform.
- Residential Mortgage within an OCC/FDIC/Federal Reserve/CFPB US Bank.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Compensation Starting base salary: $78,970 - $126,140 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
