RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE ANALYTICS MANAGER
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? Responsible for helping to provide insights and drive strategic business decisions for US Mortgage. Provides senior level consultation to drive performance and increased understanding of the business. Work in consultation with the business and partner groups, to elevate the knowledge of key business drivers and how they impact results. Team player that can drive key initiatives and department strategies both independently and collaboratively. This role has broad responsibility and provides senior level consultation to Mortgage Leadership.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Provide senior level consultation to US Mortgage leadership on business drivers and key initiatives that impact performance.
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders to provide business insights and support, building a strong bridge between the teams.
  • Analyze high level scenarios, complete ad hoc analysis, create what if analysis and complete optimization exercises to enhance the business.
  • Provide subject-matter expertise for the Mortgage business on all aspects of the business that have a P&L impact.
  • Provide support to the pricing, product, and portfolio team on initiatives, with a focus on profitability and business results.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Required Qualifications*
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of mortgage banking experience
  • Minimum 10 years of analytics, capital markets, or accounting experience
Additional Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of a Residential Lending P&L and the key drivers of success
  • Deep understanding of mortgage finance principles
  • Strong understanding of banking and lending processes and routines
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Good communicator with strong presentation skills and a superior ability to synthesize and articulate key aspects of the business to drive results.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Compensation Starting base salary: $122,535 - $208,715 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
