PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT ANALYST SR WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? Provide Division system administration, report and analysis, and data management support that maintain, improve delivery and efficiency Create and compile monthly and quarterly performance data and reports utilizing various CNB systems, reconcile performance discrepancies with manager and assist in performance audits, incentive plan calculations and other special projects as applicable. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Design, produce and distribute new and existing ad-hoc performance reports and calculations with various bank systems on a monthly, quarterly, and/or annual basis for performance rankings, measurements, composites, incentives, etc.
- Perform, analyze, audit and reconcile performance results, account postings, transactions and/or other measurements and identify potential discrepancies. Review any discrepancies with manager Create spreadsheets to monitor and analyze results. Review for unexpected trends, research as appropriate and make recommendations regarding findings and suggested resolutions to management.
- Retrieve and prepare performance measurement and audit tools for use during rankings, reviews, campaigns, annual awards and incentives.
- Assist with annual and quarterly audit. Retrieve and prepare audit reports for use during internal and/or external audits.
- Stay abreast on specific reporting standards, department reporting requirements and bank system changes/enhancements.
- Comply fully with all Bank Operational and Credit policies and procedures as well as all regulatory requirements (e.g. Bank Secrecy Act, Know Your Client, Community Reinvestment Act, Fair Lending Practices, Code of Conduct, etc.).
- Complete all required training.
- H.S. Diploma
- Minimum 7 years experience in a banking environment required.
- Minimum of 5 years in a performance measurement, performance analysis or performance administration experience required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must possess strong analytical and math skills.
- Strong understanding of unit and/or division performance measurements and incentive plans, as applicable.
- Excellent computer literacy with a proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Word and Power Point and other financial related systems as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills sufficient to interact with all levels of Bank personnel.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Compensation Starting base salary: $87,027 - $138,965 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
