MANAGER BUSINESS STRATEGY AND OPERATIONS DELIVERY

 

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? We have experienced a tremendous period of growth as the direct result of increased efficiency and productivity, resulting in greater number of strategic initiatives to be delivered. Must be highly qualified senior leader to work closely with the individual businesses at CNB. High-visibility strategic partner and thought leader that leads strategic alignment of diverse business functions, and their new initiative needs. Responsible for streamlining high-importance projects and conducting leadership level internal and external initiatives that have very significant impact on the company's business objectives. Advance skills executing key projects and initiatives across the division with strong leadership qualities and is detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and strategic thinker. In addition, will have an immediate impact on productivity, quality, controls, remediation, streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management and communicating objectives between departments.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
  • Collaborate with team members to determine and prioritize business strategies and initiatives, including corrective actions and the expansion of activities
  • Provide department leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve team engagement and growth
  • Support and direct change management throughout the organization
  • Facilitate the project management and implementation of strategic ideas and initiatives
  • Exhibit both strategic and tactical decisioning to aid leaders in developing approaches towards addressing opportunities
  • Proactively address pressing business issues that need immediate attention
  • Provide independent, informed, unbiased insight including on the ground feedback
  • Proactively escalate and resolve potential issues by calling them to the attention of the department head(s) and identifying potential solutions
  • Drive a cohesive approach aligning to Change Management activities including communications planning, training and stakeholder management
  • Build connections across all leadership of the organization
  • Exhibit an entrepreneurial and flexible manner in line with the organization's objectives and willingness to undertake other duties as reasonably requested
  • Regularly work directly with employees each day, implementing projects and delegating tasks

 

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? Required Qualifications*
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Program Management Office (PMO) / Change Management functions and/or end-to-end complex change programs independently with multi-department/Line of Business impact
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience leading cross functional teams
  • Minimum of 10 years working in financial or banking industry
  Additional Qualifications
  • Highly prefer 10+ years of progressive experience in Program Management Office (PMO) / Change Management functions and/or end-to-end complex change programs independently with multi-department/Line of Business impact
  • Preferred 7+ years experience directly managing a PMO or group of Program/Project managers
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills to assist with the daily operation of an organization
  • Use and Application of statistical tools and analyses to model business decisions.
  • Demonstrable experience developing and working with skills with all levels of management.
  • Experience working in operations, client service and/or product implementations
  • Management of medium to enterprise programs with multiple workstreams across one or more unique departments/groups within the organization.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of an organization and be able to adapt communication style and presentations to the audience
  • Strong interpersonal skills to ensure a smooth flow of activities and to minimize conflict between workstreams.
  • Ability to manage risks associated with the various workstreams involved in the program and to identify ways to mitigate risk
  • Demonstrated leadership skills managing direct reports and well as matrixed supervision
  • Excellent time management, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills (written, verbal)
  • Working knowledge or PMBOK, Scrum, PMP or other project management certification
  • Working knowledge of business analysis and Lean Six Sigma Tool Kit

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Compensation Starting base salary: $127,626 - $237,014 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
